There's not a significant unifying theme to these songs particularly. This mix is, however, the direct result of two huge changes in my life recently: getting dumped, and getting into college. Two months ago I was happier than ever where I am; now, the world feels like a much bigger place, and I'm ready to move on. You could call this a "breakup mix", but I'd much prefer to think of it as a mix about people leaving. People leaving other people.
